In this journey of life, we often see an ever changing phenomenon of shapes, forms, colours, movements and sounds. These elements give birth to certain emotional strings from the core of one’s being. However, for every individual, the emotional response is different and hence, here in lies the diversity in creative expression. However, different they may see to be, all children are unique and individual in character.
The joy of living is to be alive to this ever changing phenomenon and thus THE TECNIA INTERNATINAL SCHOOL, ROHINI provides a platform.We have always strived to make education more real, meaningful and engaging. Technological advancement has affected every sphere of life especially education. This has changed our perception of what a school should provide for its students. In times of booming technology the computer labs at TIS provide the appropriate platform to the students to be future technocrats. The newly renovated audio-visual hall with the state-of-art sound and multi-media facilities offers a comfortable air-conditioned environment for various activities. All departments use it actively for exploration into the world of knowledge through films, documentaries, e-based learning programmes, project presentations and more. The well furnished Audio Visual Room has a capacity of approximately 50 students; it is also equipped with a projector, state-of-art sound quality, DVD player and a latest computer. The A.V. Library
The school gives information, inculcates ideas and develops creative thinking and imagination so as students live variety of dailies, weeklies and educational and other journals prescribe for the students as well as for the teachers information and to guide them to use books, reference books and other material tools of the library. To inculcate awareness about our school library which hold discussions, story sessions and motivate the students to consult automating our library so that there should be efficiency in speed and operation and students get the list of books along with the latest arrival reports. At present, the total collection of books in our School Library is 2108.
Swimming Pool
Swimming is an excellent sport that requires hard work and stamina. Keeping this in mind, school has built a swimming pool for its students with filtration plant and separate changing rooms for boys and girls. Inter house swimming competitions are organized time to time.
